In the third episode of Meet the Solution Seekers, we are joined by Aeman Faruqui, a Lead Software Engineer at British Telecom.

Aeman has a wealth of experience in delivering complex software solutions for the UK’s critical national infrastructure, including overseeing the connection of 11 million broadband lines across the country. In addition to her engineering expertise, Aeman is a leader in the AI for Networks initiative within the BT Tech Fellowship. She is also deeply committed to mentoring, serving as a mentor for STEM returners, and has organised a Women in Leadership mentoring network on LinkedIn, connecting Oxford alumni who are women leaders across various industries worldwide.

Aeman's contributions to the field have been recognised through multiple nominations for Women in Tech awards.
