We are representing a major player in the email and cloud services space, boasting over 40 million active users across Europe. We're on the hunt for a skilled and driven Android Team Lead to take the reins of two of our top teams, shaping the future of our user experience.

To succeed, you'll possess:
- Solid Android development experience: Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Android Developer or Team Lead. Deep understanding of Kotlin/Java, popular Android libraries, and system design principles.
- Leadership prowess: Inspire, motivate, and empower your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Excellent communicator: Articulate your vision clearly, collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and disciplines, and maintain a "can-do" attitude. Fluent English and German language skills would be a bonus
- Passion for innovation: Always seeking to improve, embrace new technologies, and think outside the box.
- Permanent employment basis. Based in either the Berlin or Munich offices, with hybrid flexibility. Our client requests that the successful candidate would be expected to be in the office 2 days a week minimum.
