Freelance SAP MDG Solution Architect, Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an SAP MDG Solution Architect across various projects, ensuring robust architectural design, strategy alignment, and seamless integration with existing SAP and non-SAP systems.
Leverage expert-level knowledge of SAP MDG S/4HANA functionalities for Master Data domains, such as Finance, Business Partner Supplier/Customer, Material, Asset Management, and Reference Data Management.
Provide architectural screening of the customer’s SAP MDG landscape, offering deployment options, technology insights, and integration best practices.
Actively engage with SAP product development teams to understand and influence SAP’s product roadmap, sharing insights through customer influence networks.
Partner with teams to document, present, and guide the implementation of architecture designs that align with customer requirements and SAP standards.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in SAP MDG and S/4HANA functionalities, including MDI, ODM, Federation, HANA, and Cloud Readiness.
Architecture Design and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to architect scalable solutions.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with experience in documenting and presenting architecture designs.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing and engaging stakeholders at various levels, including chairing meetings and constructively challenging the status quo.:
Experience working in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Familiarity with Data Architecture Modelling in Bizz Design or similar tools.

Experience in Master and Reference Data Domains, particularly in:

Specific Requirements:

Preference for candidates based in Netherlands.
Affiliation with a consulting company specializing in SAP MDG, actively working with customers, and influencing the SAP MDG product roadmap.
Ability to review and advise on SAP MDG Master Data Architecture, principles, and SAP’s roadmap for sustained value.
