Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in Linux and database management? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Linux and Databases team. Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage the Linux and Databases team, ensuring high performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux and database systems to support our global operations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to Linux and database environments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually drive innovation and improvements within the team.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior Linux and database management role, with a track record of success in an international setting.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Linux systems, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and related technologies.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
